Terms and Conditions for Regretless

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Regretless app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service
Regretless is a goal-setting and personal development application designed to help users identify, track, and achieve their life goals.

3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the app, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription Services
Some features of Regretless require a paid subscription. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

5. User Content
You retain all rights to any content you submit, post or display on or through the app. By submitting content, you grant Regretless a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with the service.

6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities: (i) copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of the app; (ii) using any automated system to access the app; (iii) transmitting any viruses or harmful code; (iv) interfering with the proper working of the service.

7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Use or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Regretless be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms.
